The big 2-2

This Tuesday I turned 22! I can honestly say it was the best birthday ever!! Kory got me a blue tooth ear piece to go with my new phone (my old phone was broken by a certain little rascal) which was the perfect gift! I haven't been able to talk on the phone to Kory or my friends much because Hannah likes to grab the phone and push keys. I have really missed these conversations and it has been so great to talk on the phone again. Yay!

During the day, 3 of my friends surprised me with cake and presents! I am SO blessed to have such wonderful friends! It was so sweet and made my birthday so special!! I love them! Thank you soooo much Jenn, Mia and Amy!!! The cake was so delicious and I can't wait to spend my gift cards!!

In the evening, Kory pampered me! We ate fajitas (which Kory made on the barbeque) for dinner. Yum!!! Then he put Hannah to bed while I got to spend some time doing girly things that I never seem to find the time for. It was so nice! Did I mention that he also got me the sweetest card I have ever read?! It made me cry. I am so blessed to have such a wonderful husband too! I can't wait til next year when it's my birthday again - only 361 days to go! hehe! :)

"Little Rascal"

The absence of new posts over the last few weeks has not been the result of a lack of desire to blog, but rather because our newly nicknamed "little rascal" has kept me so busy (and entertained)!! It seems like everyday Hannah does something new which catches us off guard or makes us laugh. Since I last updated, she has started to pull herself up on and climb everything she can. She is practicing her walking with her little walker which she loves. It is so cute when she gets going and starts to giggle with excitement! She has always been a talker, but she has become quite a little chatterbox! I love it!

It seems like the last few weeks have flown by - we have been so busy! Kory's Dad came to visit us! Hannah loved getting to spend some time with him and especially enjoyed all the cuddles! He even helped her to enjoy lunch time at the table! Wow! Hehe! We have been working in the yard a lot too. We have planted some new flowers and made it look really nice. Lots of hard work but worth it! I will have to take some pictures!

The weather has been great! Hannah has spent lots of time outside with her little buddies, Aria, Mia, Lauren and Chanson. They are all so cute together and I love spending time with their Mommies too. We loved going swimming yesterday - maybe we will take Daddy with us next time! ;)
